I. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Confirmation & Preparation
After you place an order and complete payment, an order number will be generated automatically. We will verify your order details (including shipping address, product model, payment amount, etc.) within 24 hours. If there is any issue with your order (e.g., incomplete address, stock shortage), our customer service will contact you via the email or phone number you provided. We will notify you in advance of any shipping delays caused thereby.
We will finish preparing your order within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
1.2 Logistics & Shipping Fees
We cooperate with Yanwen Logistics by default. All products are shipped from China. Free shipping is available for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $10-$20 will be charged, depending on the destination country/region.
1.3 Logistics Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number and tracking link to your email. You can check the logistics status at any time. Delivery time varies by destination, usually 7-20 business days, subject to the actual delivery of the logistics provider.
1.4 Order Modification & Cancellation
If you need to modify your order details (e.g., shipping address, contact number) after submission, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of order confirmation. Modifications cannot be made once the order enters the preparation or shipping process.
Order cancellation conditions: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process after receiving the goods.
II. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility & Period
You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided that:

The product is unused, with no scratches, stains, or oxidation marks.

Product tags, hangtags, certificates (e.g., diamond grading report, precious metal test certificate), and original packaging are intact;

Complete order documents (order number, payment record, etc.) are provided.
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used or damaged due to human error or improper maintenance;

Product tags, certificates, or packaging are missing or damaged, affecting secondary sales;

The return application is submitted beyond the 30 period.
2.2 Return Application Process

Log in to your account, go to “My Orders”, select the order you want to return, and submit a return application with the reason and relevant documents (e.g., clear photos if there is a product issue);

Our customer service will review your application within 1-2 business days. After approval, we will send you the return address and instructions.

You need to ship the product back to the designated address via DHL or UPS within 7 days of approval (insurance is recommended to avoid transportation loss), and fill in the return tracking number in your order background;

We will inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days after receipt. Refund or exchange will be processed once the inspection is passed.
2.3 Return Shipping Fees & Liability
If the return is caused by product quality issues (e.g., inconsistent material, craftsmanship defects, wrong size), we will bear the return shipping fee. You can advance the shipping fee, and we will reimburse you via bank transfer after confirming the issue.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with style, improper size), you will bear the return shipping fee. The fee is calculated based on the actual international logistics cost.
You will be responsible for any damage or loss of the product during return shipping due to improper packaging, and we will not process the return in such cases.
2.4 Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days after the returned product passes inspection. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. The actual arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment platform and bank (usually 1-7 business days).
Currency conversion differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations will not be supplemented or refunded. The refund amount will be calculated based on the currency type and amount at the time of your payment.
If your order includes free gifts, the gifts must be returned together with the product. If the gifts are missing, the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund amount.
